Press Monitor — Privacy Policy

Press Monitor is a private media-monitoring tool used by a small, invited group. It is not open to the public. This policy explains what information is used when you sign in and what happens to it.

Signing in

Access is controlled by Cloudflare Access. You can sign in with your Google account or with a one-time code sent to your email address. When you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with Cloudflare. Only your email address is used, to check whether you are on the list of people allowed in. Press Monitor does not see your Google password and gets no access to your Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data.

What is stored

• Sign-in records. Cloudflare keeps a log of sign-ins (email address, time, IP address and browser) as part of running Access. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Your preferences. Display settings such as filters and layout are saved in your own browser.
• Cookies. Cloudflare sets a sign-in cookie so you stay logged in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

Sharing

Your information is not sold, rented or shared with anyone, and is not used for advertising. It is only used to let you into Press Monitor.

Removing your access

Ask the administrator who invited you to remove your email address from the access list. You can also revoke the connection from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
